Step 1

Place shredded lettuce in the bottom of a large glass bowl. Add defrosted peas to form a layer over the lettuce.

Step 2

Follow with a layer of mushrooms, sliced egg and finally with a layer of cheese.

Step 3

Combine dressing ingredients and pour over the top of the cheese. (see note) Refrigerate for several hours of overnight.

Step 4

Before serving, add a layer of sliced tomatoes, chopped bacon, parsley and spring onion.
