Sleeves Tea Biscuits (400 g)

Cup Chocolate Chips, melted

14 oz Can Sweetened Condensed Milk

7.6 oz Can Ishta,

tbsp Cocoa Powder

Coconut,

Melt the chocolate chips in 30 second in the microwave. Make sure not to burn them.

Whisk in the sweetened condensed milk, ishta, and cocoa powder.

Place the mixture on parchment paper and form into a log. Roll it tight and then wrap in foil.

Freeze for at least 4 hours. Remove from parchment and cover in shredded coconut.

Nur, this lazy cake recipe took me back straight to Jordan sitting in my grandparents house. It brings back so many recipes. Over the years, I keep trying different recipes to recreate the lazy cake we would have in Jordan. This is it!! This recipe is so good!! The ratio of biscuits and chocolate fudge is perfect. This is my go to recipe now. I am making it today for the second time this week, that's how fast it was devoured in our last this week.
