Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, combine all your ingredients. Stir it up until you’ve got a smooth batter.
Step 2
Transfer the batter into a lined loaf tin. Give it a little shimmy to make sure it’s even.
Step 3
Slide it into the oven, set at 180C, and let it bake its heart out for 35 minutes.
Step 4
Once out and slightly cooled, spread on some butter and your favorite jam, and enjoy a slice (or two) of lemony delight! 🍞✨
