Export 6 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Preheat oven 400 F
Step 2
Fold a 15x16 inches of parchment paper in half. Then open it and begin assembling everything on one side of the parchment paper.
Step 3
Add the parsley, capers and 2 lemon slices.
Step 4
Place the salmon fillet on top and season with salt, black pepper, chili pepper and minced garlic. I added additional lemon slices and capers on top. Add butter or oil over the salmon.
Step 5
Then place the other half of the parchment paper over the salmon. Begin pinching the open sides until you have sealed everything well. Note: You want to make sure you sealed it really well so that the steam does not escape.
Step 6
Place the parchment pouch on a baking sheet and bake for about 15 -18 minutes.
Step 7
Before serving, top with fresh herbs and enjoy!
