Step 1

Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease and flour a bundt cake tin (22-24 cm) and set aside.

Step 2

Place sugar and zest of 2 lemons into mixing bowl and mill 10 sec/speed 10.

Step 3

Add flour, cornflour or potato starch, grapeseed oil, lemon juice, eggs, milk and baking powder and mix 30 sec/speed 5. Transfer mixture into prepared bundt cake tin.

Step 4

Bake for 30-40 minutes (180°C) or until golden and a wooden skewer inserted into centre of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool in bundt tin for approximately 10 minutes before transferring to a serving plate and leaving to cool completely. Dust with icing sugar and serve.
