Export 6 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl combine the cream cheese with 4 tablespoons of sugar. Beat well with an electric mixer until smooth and fluffy.
Step 2
In a separate bowl whisk together pudding mix and milk. Let it stand for 5 minutes.
Step 3
After 5 minutes, whip the pudding mixture into the cream cheese mixture.
Step 4
If you don't have super sweet and juicy strawberries, combine strawberries with the remaining 1 Tbsp of sugar and let them macerate and get juicy. If your strawberries are super fresh, you can skip this step.
Step 5
Next fill a piping bag or plastic storage bag with the cheesecake mixture. Cut off the top and pipe the filling into the cones.
Step 6
Top each cone with slices of strawberries and garnish with sliced lemon if desired.
Step 7
Place in the fridge and let them chill for one hour before serving!
