Step 1
Cut the chicken breasts in half horizontally to create 4 thinner breasts. Sprinkle each with salt and pepper to taste and coat each in flour.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes or until golden. Flip and cook for another 3 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Step 3
While chicken is browning prepare your remaining ingredients. It is important to have everything ready so the garlic doesn't burn.
Step 4
Remove chicken from the pan and set aside. Add garlic to pan and stir constantly for 30 seconds.
Step 5
Stir in the remaining ingredients. Remove from stove and add chicken to the pan and turn to coat.
