Ingredients: 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, at room temperature; 1 (14-ounce) can condensed milk; 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice; 1 tablespoons lemon zest; 1 teaspoon vanilla extract; 1 prepared graham cracker crust

(8-ounce) package cream cheese,

condensed milk

lemon juice

lemon zest

vanilla extract

graham cracker crust

Combine the cream cheese, milk, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla in a large bowl. Mix on medium speed until smooth. Pour into the pie crust. Refrigerate overnight.

Be SURE to bring your cream cheese to room temperature first!! Made that stupid mistake once &amp; my pie texture was super curdled 

So easy and tastes just like my sweet mother in law used to make!

Excellent quick and easy pie recipe. You can substitute orange juice and zest for a sweeter pie. Or lime juice and zest for a “key lime like” pie. 

I usually make it around the Holidays, because that is when my lemons are ready to pick. I make a homemade pie crust with gram cracker crumbs, coconut flacks, a Lyle sugar &amp; butter.

This was quick and easy to prepare....and delicious! 

I have made this for years and it is always a hit. So easy!

My family loves it. I usually freeze it for a few hours to get it to set.
