Step 1
In a large bowl, add your wings, along with the olive oil, lemon pepper seasoning, salt, chilli powder, garlic powder, onion powder and black pepper. Mix all this together.
Step 2
Get one of your wings and dip this into your corn flour. Make sure your wing is fully covered in the flour, shake off any excess and then leave this on a wire rack.
Step 3
Repeat this until you have coated all of your wings.
Step 4
We're going to double fry our wings for extra crispiness. So heat up your oil until it reaches around 160c.
Step 5
Fry your wings, in batches, until cooked. The timing will vary depending on the size of your wings, mine took around 8-10 minutes to cook.
Step 6
Leave these on a wire rack so the excess oil can drain off.
Step 7
Now increase your heat and heat the oil until it reaches around 190c.
Step 8
Fry your wings again, also in batches, until they turn a deep golden brown colour and crispy.
Step 9
Leave these on your wire rack again.
Step 10
In a pot, add all the ingredient for the sauce. Heat these together until all the butter has melted. You could also just do this in a bowl, in your microwave.
Step 11
Add your wings into a large bowl, then pour the sauce over them. Toss until the wings are all coated in the sauce. At this point, you can also sprinkle more lemon pepper seasoning onto the wings BUTTTT be careful because some lemon pepper seasoning can be very salty so you might not want to add more.
Step 12
Now plate up, garnish with some parsley and lemon slices, then enjoy!
