Step 1
Place frozen Rhodes Rolls on a cookie sheet to thaw
Step 2
When rolls are thawed but still cold, cut in half
Step 3
Melt Butter and set aside
Step 4
Zest lemon and mix lemon zest with sugar and mix well.
Step 5
Dip top of roll into butter and then coat in sugar mixture. Place in a well greased 9x13 dish
Step 6
Cover in plastic and let sit for 2-3 hours until doubled in size. The rolls will raise and fill the pan.
Step 7
Bake at 350F for 12-15 minutes. Remove from oven when golden brown.
Step 8
Mix softened butter with powdered sugar. A fork works best to cut it in.
Step 9
Add lemon juice and mix. Drizzle on rolls and serve.
