Add the remaining ingredients (tahini, lemon juice, garlic, fresh herbs, salt and pepper) and mix everything together really well.

Warm your pita and then top it with a few scoops the chickpea salad and enjoy! This chickpea salad can also be enjoyed by itself, with chips, crackers or even lettuce wraps!
