Step 1
Cut the tofu into small cubes.
Step 2
Heat up a little olive oil in a frying pan. Add all tofu cubes and the chilli flakes, sesame seeds and herbs. Fry for 5-6 minutes, turning it from time to time so the tofu fries on each side evenly.
Step 3
Transfer to a bowl or plate. Season with salt and pepper to taste and drizzle the lemon sauce over the tofu.
Step 4
Decorate with a few fresh leaves of basil.
