Preheat oven to 350°.

Lightly grease a 13x9-inch pan.

Combine butter and confectioners' sugar.

Beat until fluffy.

Add flour, salt and baking powder; beat until blended.

Stir in pecans.

Press dough into bottom of pan.

Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.

Cool completely in pan on a wire rack.

Beat whipping cream on high speed until soft peaks form.

In a separate bowl beat together cream cheese, confectioners' sugar and vanilla until creamy.

Fold in 1-1/2 cups whipped cream.

Spread over baked crust.

Refrigerate while making the third layer.

Step 15

Stir together pudding mix and 2 cups of milk as directed on package.

Step 16

Refrigerate 5 minutes.

Step 17

Fold in remaining whipped cream.

Step 18

Spread over cream cheese layer.

Step 19

Refrigerate at least 2 hours or until chilled.

Step 20

Garnish with chopped nuts.
