Step 1
Rinse and pat dry the beef tenderloin. Cut it into small, thin slices. Step 3
Layer the lemongrass beef generously inside the baguette. Add jalapenos, cucumbers, fermented daikons and carrots, and cilantro to the sandwich.
Step 4
Serve immediately and enjoy!
