Step 1
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add a generous amount of kosher salt. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Cook bacon for 4 minutes until crisp. Remove them with a slotted spoon and place them on a paper towel lined plate. Add Brussels sprouts and garlic to the bacon drippings and cook over medium heat for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Crumble bacon. Add bacon, lemon zest, juice, butter, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper to skillet. Add cooked Orecchiette to skillet. Toss gently to incorporate. Taste and adjust seasoning by adding more salt and pepper if needed.
