Step 1
Peel and devein the prawns, leaving the tails on.
Step 2
Bring water to the boil in a saucepan and cook the linguine.
Step 3
Heat oil in a frying pan on medium heat and add the garlic. Stir.
Step 4
Add the prawns and cook until pink on both sides and beginning to curl.
Step 5
Add the tomatoes and cook for a further minute before removing from the heat.
Step 6
Add to the linguine and add the herbs and lemon juice.
Step 7
Sprinkle with sea salt and cracked pepper then serve.
