Step 1

Set aside a pinch of the bacon, green onion, cheese and a dab of sour cream for garnish.

Step 2

Mix together the remaining sour cream and ranch seasoning in a lidded storage bowl; add the remaining cheese, bacon and green onion and mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight for the best flavor.

Step 3

Let rest at room temperature or microwave in 20 second intervals to loosen.

Step 4

Transfer to chip and dip serving bowl, surround with potato chips or cooked crisp waffle fries.
