Step 1

Preheat oven to 180C & line a baking sheet.

Step 2

Place baby potatoes in a large pot of boiling water & boil until fork tender.

Step 3

Place potatoes on lined baking sheet and with the bottom of a glass, smash them down. Coat with olive oil and Mingle's Greek Garlic Seasoning and place into the oven until golden brown and crispy.

Step 4

Coat chicken breasts in olive oil & greek garlic seasoning then place into the oven for about 30 mins or until fully cooked.

Step 5

Prepare your salad by combining diced cucumbers, onion, tomatoes, olive oil & lemon juice.

Step 6

Assemble your bowls and top with a dollop of creamy ranch seasoning (Greek yogurt + Mingle's Dill and Garlic Seasoning).
