Step 1
Remove the casings of longganisa. Sauté in a saucepan; set aside.

In a bowl, beat eggs; season with salt and pepper. Pour beaten eggs into a pan and cook over low heat while mixing continuously; set aside.

In another pan, sauté garlic until fragrant. Add cooked rice, mix until warmed through, and set aside.

Heat flour tortillas on a dry pan.
Step 5
Assemble the breakfast burritos by layering garlic rice, cooked longganisa, cooked egg, diced tomatoes, and lettuce leaves on the center of a tortilla. Top with grated cheese. Fold the sides over and roll tightly. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
