Step 1
Slice lotus roots thinly and soak them in water. Add a drop or two of vinegar, please.
Step 2
The vegetables for the lotus root fried rice are in the refrigerator, and chop the Fabrika and pumpkin into small pieces. Chop the bacon into the same size.
Step 3
Grease a pan with olive oil and stir-fry pumpkin and paprika. When the vegetables are cooked, put them separately in a bowl.
Step 4
After removing the water from the lotus root, chop it slightly bigger than the vegetables and stir-fry the lotus root in the pan where the vegetables were roasted.
Step 5
Add bacon when lotus root is cooked to a certain extent.
Step 6
Add a bowl of rice and stir-fry together. Add a bit of salt here.
Step 7
Add the vegetables that I stir-fried before and stir-fry them one more time.
