Love Potion

Step 1

Melt the chocolate using a bain-marie technique. Dip the edge of your glasses into the chocolate and immediately dip into the pink sprinkles. Allow it to cool and set.

Step 2

In the meantime, create your love potion. In a larger cocktail jug, place the ruby gin, the freshly squeezed lemon and pour the tonic water (or ginger ale).

Step 3

Mix gently with a cocktail spoon and place in a beautiful glass bottle.

Step 4

Serve with the chocolate sprinkle glasses on the side, on a beautiful breakfast tray. Add fresh berries in the love potion or on the side.
