Step 1
Break one of the Biscoff biscuits in half and save one half for the topping.
Step 2
Crush the other 1.5 biscuits until they become crumbs.
Step 3
Place at the bottom of your dish and add a dash of skimmed milk. Press down to form a base.
Step 4
Add the vanilla protein pudding and smooth over at the top.
Step 5
Melt the Biscoff spread then pour over the top. Pick up the dish and move it around so that the spread covers the top.
Step 6
Add the otherr half of Lotus biscuit on top for decoration.
Step 7
Leave in the fridge for 20 minutes.
