Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

Step 3

In a small bowl, combine Parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt and pepper, and mix together.

Step 4

Place zucchini onto prepared baking sheet. Spray with olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan mixture.

Step 5

Place in the oven and bake 15-20 minutes, until tender. Then broil for 2-3 minutes, or until crisp and golden brown.

Step 6

Serve hot.
