Step 1

Combine all the ingredients in the buffalo chicken mixture until smooth and set aside.

Step 2

Cut your Cutdacarb flatbreads into two pieces, scoop on about ⅓ cup of the buffalo chicken mixture, and roll up on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.

Step 3

To prepare the Celery Slaw simply stir together all the ingredients and chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.

Step 4

Once all the taquitos are rolled up, bake at 400 degrees F. for about 20 minutes until golden. Either serve with celery slaw or top with cheddar and blue cheese and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
