Step 1

In a large skillet melt butter over medium heat.

Step 2

Add the pecans and toast for about 5 minutes until they start to brown or are fragrant. Make sure to stir frequently so they don't burn.

Step 3

Add the spice and mix well. Toast for a few more minutes then pour unto a wax paper covered cookie sheet.

Step 4

Let cool completely and store in a sealed container.
