Step 1

Prepare the coating by combining the breadcrumbs with the Parmesan.

Step 2

Dip each cheese stick into the beaten egg, then into the breadcrumb mixture.

Step 3

Spray a skillet with non-stick spray and place over a medium heat. Cook the coated cheese sticks - turning frequently - until all sides are golden brown and the cheese is starting to soften. You may need to work in two batches.

Step 4

Serve immediately, together with the salsa for dipping.
