Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

Step 2

Melt the chocolate & butter in a saucepan over low heat.

Step 3

In a mixer, mix the 4 eggs, egg yolk, vanilla & cream of tartar until it doubles in size.

Step 4

Once the chocolate is melted, let cool (a couple of minutes) and add the truvia and mix.

Step 5

Gently fold the chocolate mixture and the fluffy egg mixture together.

Step 6

Add to a 6x9 greased pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the center is just barely jiggly.

Step 7

Let cool, cut into 12 squares and enjoy:)
