Step 1
Marinade Lulas with Wine, garlic, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and massa de pimentao.
Step 2
In a deep pot, simmer onion and a bay leaf with olive oil. When onion becomes transparent, add Lulas. Simmer for a few minutes on medium/high heat.
Step 3
Add tomatoes, parsley, and enough vinho verde to cover everything. Let simmer on medium heat for about 12-15 minutes.
Step 4
Add cubed potatoes, re season, and add enough water/wine to cover everything just to the top.
Step 5
Cook on medium heat for 30 minutes. Stir it every few minutes. Serve.
