Step 1

Place 2 pint glasses in the freezer to chill.

Place the blueberries, 1/2 cup of the milk, powdered milk, honey, and vanilla in a blender and blend until the blueberries are puréed and the mixture is well-combined, about 45 seconds.

Step 3

Add the gelato and stir it into the milk mixture by hand. Blend thoroughly. If it's too thick, add up to 1/4 cup more milk and blend again. Pour into the chilled glasses and enjoy immediately.
