Mama Jessie's Lemon Jell-O Cake

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2

Mix all of the cake ingredients in a bowl. Beat with an electric mixer for 5 minutes, or until completely smooth.

Pour the batter into a greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 350 for 55 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Step 4

Meanwhile, make the glaze. Place the powdered sugar in a bowl and gradually add the juice of 3 lemons. Stir well.

Step 5

Take the cake out of the oven. Allow it to cool in the pan, then run a knife around the edges and remove it. Pour the glaze over the top of the cake.
