Preheat your oven to 350ºF. In a single-serving oven-safe dish, add a layer of sauce and spread evenly.

Place the frozen potstickers in a single layer on top of the sauce. Spread another layer of sauce over the frozen potstickers. Sprinkle an even layer of mozzarella over the sauce.

Repeat step 2 until you have the desired number of potsticker layers, ending with a layer of mozzarella on top.

Cover the dish with foil and bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove the foil cover and bake for another 3-5 minutes or until the cheese is toasted and golden.
