Soak Chia Seeds overnight in 1/2 cup water.
Step 2
Mix Chia seeds with 1/2 cup milk and stir well to separate all seeds ( Chia seeds tends to develop gelatinous coating and glue together).
Step 3
Combine 1 and 1/2 cup milk, sugar, mango in bowl or Jar
Step 4
Blend all ingredients till mango is blended well in the milk. Add Chia seed soaked in milk and stir well to combine.
Step 5
Pour in glasses and garnish with mango wedges to serve this healthy and yummy Mango Milk Shake
