Peel and destone the mango, place in a food processor and blitz until smooth. (Alternatively, roughly chop the mango into bite-sized pieces.)Mix together the vanilla and yoghurt in a small bowl.Layer 2 lidded, portable pots with a little of the vanilla yoghurt, then a little of the mango purée and a dusting of Granola Dust. Repeat until everything is used up.Pop on the lids and go!
