Take the Chicken Nibbles and season with salt and pepper. Note: If you are beginning with Chicken wings, simply cut in half for nibbles.

Let this run until it reaches 450-500°F.
Step 4
Place the Chicken Nibbles around the Kettle and cook for 30 minutes before flipping and smoking for a further 15 minutes, ensuring the internal temperature reaches at least73°C 163.4°F. Transfer to a bowl and put aside. While the Nibbles are cooking, combine all glaze ingredients together in a bowl.
Step 5
Take the glaze ingredients prepared earlier and bring to the heat in a Cast Iron Panhttps://www.charmate.co.nz/products/category/accessories directly over the coals until thickened.
Step 6
Once thickened, pour over the Chicken Nibbles in a bowl and toss, coating all nibbles in the sticky glaze before transferring back to the kettle to set the glaze for 5-10 minutes.

Serve on a plate with a squeeze of lemon and get in quick before they all go!
