Place butter, maple syrup, vanilla seeds and salt into mixing bowl, place simmering basket instead of measuring cup onto mixing bowl lid and cook 3 min/212°F/speed 2.

Add cider and orange juice, place simmering basket instead of measuring cup onto mixing bowl lid and cook 15 min/212°F/speed 2. Carefully remove simmering basket and set aside.

Step 3

Add rum and whisky, insert measuring cup and mix 15 sec/speed 3. Garnish with slices of apples and oranges and serve hot.
