Step 1

Add oil to pan and once hot, add ground beef or ground meat of choice. Let the meat cook and brown.

Once cooked, add minced garlic and ginger and saute until fragrant.

Step 3

Add doubanjiang, oyster sauce, chilli powder and chilli oil and stir to combine.

Step 4

Add water next and stir combine.

Step 5

Once sauces starts to bubble, gently add cubed soft tofu, spring onions and cilantro. Gently stir in cornstarch slurry.

Step 6

Once thickened, turn off the heat. Sauce is done!

Step 7

Prepare noodles according to package instructions. Drizzle sauce over noodles - serve!
