To a large pot or dutch oven over medium high heat, add in the ground beef and onion. Break the ground beef up and cook it completely. Once browned, remove any grease in the pot. Stir in the rice, broth, and seasonings turn heat to low cover with a lid and let simmer for 15-20 minutes stirring frequently until the rice is tender. Stir in the cream cheese and marinara sauce once the cream cheese melts down serve and enjoy!
