Step 1
Remove pork loin from packaging and rinse and pat dry with paper towels.
Step 2
Place pork tenderloin in a plastic zipper bag. Add remaining ingredients to the bag. Mush the ingredients around so they get mixed together and coat the tenderloin.
Step 3
Marinate pork tenderloin in the fridge overnight or a minimum of 4 hours.
Step 4
Remove pork tenderloin from the zipper bag and shake off any excess marinade. Place tenderloin in air fryer basket. Air fry at 350º for 20-25 minutes.
Step 5
After 20 minutes, check the internal temperature of the tenderloin with an instant read meat thermometer. When the tenderloin reaches 145º, remove from air fryer and set on cutting board and let rest for 5 minutes before cutting.
Step 6
Slice into 1" thick medallions and serve.
