Step 1

Mix together cereals, nuts and pretzels in large roasting pan.

Step 2

In 1 qt saucepan over medium heat melt together butter and bacon grease. Add spices and stir well. Cook about 3 minutes or until onions are reconstituted. Pour over cereal mixture and mix well.

Step 3

Bake at 100 for 2 hours, stirring frequently. Cool completely and store in ziplock bags.If your oven's lowest temp is higher than 100 stir more often and remove from oven when all liquid is evaporated and cereal is crispy
