Step 1
Preheat and grease a griddle or frying pan. (I prefer a griddle.)
Step 2
Combine all the ingredients until there are no lumps. Make sure not to over mix.
Step 3
Pour about 1/3 cup of the batter. When the edges become dry and the top is bubbly flip the pancake and cook the other side for about a minute.
Step 4
Let cool and freeze any leftovers. Re-heat in the microwave for about 20 seconds per pancake.
