Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F

To a large bowl combine the ground beef, onion, garlic, cubed fresh mozzarella cheese, parsley, basil, cooked white rice, breadcrumbs, pecorino Romano, eggs, crushed red pepper, and salt & pepper.
Step 3
Mix with your hands, but just until combined. Don't over mix!
Step 4
Roll them into 1 & 1/2 inch meatballs and place into a greased casserole dish.
Step 5
Top the meatballs with the marinara sauce. Really pile it on! They should be swimming in it!

Top with freshly shredded mozzarella cheese and Pecorino Romano

garnish with cracked black pepper and fresh parlsey
Step 8
Bake covered tightly at 375 degrees F. for 25-30 minutes.
Step 9
Remove from the oven and uncover (remove the foil)
Step 10
Put the meatball casserole back into the oven uncovered at the same temperature for another 15 minutes or until the cheese is melty and bubbly
Step 11
Serve with a garden salad and enjoy!
