Combine mince, grated onion, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce and egg. Roll into balls. Chill for an hour if desired.

Heat butter in frying pan and brown the balls.

Sprinkle the curry powder over and cook for 1 minute.
Step 4
Add the rest of ingredients, except the cornflour. Cook gently for 30 minutes. Mix the cornflour with a little water to form a thin paste. Stir into the gravy over low heat until thickened.
