Step 1
Heat oil on a pre-warmed low Blackstone, add onions. Cook for 2-3 mins, then add garlic. Mix for 1 min. Add to a large bowl with the ground beef, then add eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings. Mix well to incorporate.
Step 2
Make the glaze by combining all ingredients and mixing well. Set aside.

Make the sriracha mayo by combining all ingredients and mixing well. Set aside.

Using a ring mold and wax paper to mold the burgers or use your hands to make the patty into around 1/3 lb. burgers.
Step 5
Add burgers to a pre-warmed Blackstone on low-to-low medium heat (around 350 degrees). Cook for 3 mins, flip to the other side. Just before done, add the glaze to the burger and then top with American cheese.
Step 6
Toast buns on the griddle top.
Step 7
Remove the burgers and the buns from the griddle and build by adding sriracha mayo to each side of the bun, then lettuce to the bottoms, adding the burger patty, then topping with tomato. Salt and pepper the tomato.
