Drain and rinse your Chickpeas very well. Put them into a large mixing bowl, along with the diced cucumber, tomato, and red onion. Give it a mix.

Step 2

Stir in the remaining ingredients.

Step 3

Put the salad in the fridge for at least an hour to let the flavors settle — the longer the better! I recommend overnight.

Step 4

Serve as desired.
