Step 1
Preheat the Oven: Heat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Mix the Ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine spinach, feta, parmesan, and mozzarella. Add olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir until everything is well mixed.

Shape the Crisps: Scoop small spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Flatten each mound gently with the back of a spoon to form thin circles. Make sure to leave space between each crisp.
Step 4
Bake to Perfection: Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the edges turn golden and the cheese is bubbly.
Step 5
Cool and Enjoy: Let the crisps cool for 5 minutes to firm up. Transfer them to a serving plate and enjoy as a snack, appetizer, or crunchy salad topper.
