Step 1
Place the four slices of bread on a large cutting board and spread a layer of hummus one one side of each slice of bread.
Step 2
Sprinkle the crumbled feta on one half of each sandwich then top with matchstick carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers and finally the sprouts. Place the other half of the bread on the sandwich and cut in half.
