Step 1

Add the Mekhong whiskey, pineapple juice, cherry juice, bitters (If using), and lime juice to a cocktail shaker.

Step 2

Add a few pieces of ice to the cocktail shaker, and shake all the ingredients together until the shaker is cold to the touch, 30 seconds or so. Have a small taste and add more juice or simple syrup to adjust the flavors to your liking.

Step 3

Pour into a glass filled with fresh ice. If you need more sourness, a dash of fresh lemon or lime juice, stir and enjoy!

Step 4

Garnish with cherries, mint leaves, and pineapple wedges, and enjoy!
