Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

Season the chicken breasts liberally on both sides with the salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Arrange in a single layer in the prepared baking dish.

Stir together the mayonnaise and Greek yogurt in a small bowl. Spread the mixture evenly over the tops of the chicken breasts.

Step 4

Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese evenly over the chicken breasts.

Step 5

Bake the chicken breasts on middle rack of oven until the cheese is melted and lightly browned, and the chicken has reached an internal temperature of 160°F, 25-30 minutes.

Step 6

Check to see that chicken is done. Remove from oven or add time as needed.

Step 7

Serve the chicken breasts immediately.
