Stir together tomatoes, vinegar, ketchup, molasses, butter, Worcestershire, brown sugar, mustard, hot sauce, salt, and pepper in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over high; reduce heat to medium-low, and simmer, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened, 15 to 20 minutes. Store, covered, in refrigerator until ready to use or up to 1 week.
