Step 1
1. Prep veggies by chopping yellow onion, green bell pepper, and garlic.

2. Heat up oil in a skillet on medium heat. Add chopped yellow onion and sauté until translucent.

3. Once onions are translucent add garlic and jasmine rice. Stir the jasmine rice continuously and toast until slightly brown (~5 mins).

4. Once toasted, add green bell pepper, chopped tomatoes with chilies, pinto beans, and corn. Mix everything together.

5. Season rice with cumin, paprika, adobo, and chili powder. Add veggie broth or water and combine everything together.

6. Once it starts to bubble, reduce the heat to low, and cover with a lid. Let the rice cook for 15-20 minutes.
Step 7
7. In the meantime, air fry Beyond Steak according to the package.
Step 8
8. Once the rice is cooked, fluff with a fork, and add the Beyond Steak. Mix everything together and enjoy.
